1. Purpose of the service
The ATENA rent website enables users to publish and browse property rental offers and requests and facilitates contact between users.
2. User responsibility
Users are responsible for the accuracy, currency and lawfulness of the information they enter. Publishing content that violates the law or third-party rights is prohibited.
3. Operator responsibility
The operator is not responsible for user-generated content or the outcome of agreements between users. The operator reserves the right to remove content that conflicts with these terms or the law.
4. Service availability
The service is provided “as is”. The operator may carry out maintenance, changes or restrictions to functionality without prior notice.
5. Final provisions
These terms are governed by the laws of the Slovak Republic. The operator may reasonably update them; the new version takes effect on the day it is published on this website.
